The Shift Manager will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with company policies throughout their shift. An essential requirement for this role is having access to a vehicle and current liability insurance, as there is a need for periodic travel related to company business. Physical endurance is critical since the role demands standing, walking, lifting, and stooping for the majority of the shift. We prefer candidates with some high school education or equivalent, who are eager to contribute to a collaborative workplace.
