Job Requirements
- access to a vehicle for company business
- current liability insurance in your name
- ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during most of the shift
- working knowledge of kitchen food preparation
- familiarity with register equipment operation
- experience in crew management
- ability to handle pressure and challenging situations

- valid driver’s license and current liability insurance
Job Duties
- direct and ensure efficient operation of the front line and kitchen
- supervise kitchen food preparation and register equipment operation
- manage crew employment procedures
- maintain attention to detail and ensure quality standards
- handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 90% of shift time
- drive periodically on company business with current liability insurance
