Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • at least two years in quick-service restaurants as a team member or assistant manager
  • basic knowledge of profit and loss and how to influence profitability
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • passion for guest service and building great teams
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • strong understanding of food safety and health inspection requirements
  • open availability for evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of experience in quick-service restaurants as a team member or assistant manager
  • strong leadership and coaching skills
  • passion for guest service and building great teams
  • basic knowledge of profit and loss and how to influence profitability
  • strong understanding of food safety and health inspection requirements
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Keep inventory in check with daily, weekly, and monthly inspections
  • place and receive truck orders
  • track restaurant assets and ensure preventative maintenance
  • maintain strict cash control and security procedures
  • lead team to provide fast, friendly, and accurate service
  • ensure guest satisfaction
  • coach shift coordinators and team members
  • inspire crew to exceed performance goals
  • direct team for accurate and efficient food preparation
  • uphold cleanliness, safety, and brand consistency standards
