Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in restaurant or customer service preferred

  • Ability to handle cash transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and supervise team members during assigned shifts

  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching as needed
  • Handle guest questions, concerns, and service recovery
  • Monitor sales, labor, and product levels during the shift
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding issues or opportunities
