Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older for team member position
- Must be 18 years of age or older for shift manager position
- One or more years previous experience as a foodservice or retail supervisor or manager for shift manager position
- Must successfully pass a background check for shift manager position
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Must have basic math skills to operate cash register for team member position
- Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations
- Must be able to work in person at the Omaha, NE location
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older for shift manager position

- No previous work experience required for team member position
- Basic math skills needed to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer for team member position
Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service and food products using Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards
- Assist and learn management responsibilities from assistant general manager and general manager
- Greet guests warmly and maintain a positive dining experience
- Operate cash register accurately and balance cash drawer
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Demonstrate friendliness, hospitality, respect, and genuine care towards guests and coworkers
- Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and promptly
