Job Requirements

  • Must successfully pass a background check
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations
  • Must be 18 years of age or older for shift manager
  • Must be 16 years of age or older for team member

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older for shift manager
  • 1+ years experience as a foodservice or retail supervisor or manager for shift manager
  • Must be 16 years of age or older for team member
  • No previous work experience required for team member
  • Math skills to operate cash register and handle cash for team member
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language of the work location

Job Duties

  • Provide quality customer service and food products according to company standards
  • Assist and learn management responsibilities from higher management
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
  • Demonstrate friendliness and respect towards guests and co-workers
  • Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Support daily operational activities and team coordination
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
