Job Requirements
- Must successfully pass a background check
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations
- Must be 18 years of age or older for shift manager
- Must be 16 years of age or older for team member
Job Qualifications

- 1+ years experience as a foodservice or retail supervisor or manager for shift manager
- Must be 16 years of age or older for team member
- No previous work experience required for team member
- Math skills to operate cash register and handle cash for team member
- Effective communication skills in the primary language of the work location
Job Duties
- Provide quality customer service and food products according to company standards
- Assist and learn management responsibilities from higher management
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Demonstrate friendliness and respect towards guests and co-workers
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Support daily operational activities and team coordination
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
