Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in restaurant management or team leadership
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to travel between restaurant locations and area offices as needed
  • Ability to use headset and operate general restaurant equipment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude

Job Qualifications

  • Prior experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Knowledge of food safety and health regulations

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to company standards
