The role of a Shift Leader at Arby's is integral to the smooth operation of each restaurant. As a Shift Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the General and Assistant Managers by overseeing daily shifts to ensure efficiency and excellent service standards. Your responsibilities will include managing and motivating team members, assisting with training and performance initiatives, and ensuring customers receive the highest level of care and attention. Your leadership will directly contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and enhancing customer satisfaction, making every visit to Arby's a memorable one.

This position requires physical stamina and the ability to perform various tasks such as lifting up to 70 pounds, standing for extended periods, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Shift Leaders must also be comfortable working in different environments, including hot kitchen areas and cold storage like walk-in coolers or freezers. Effective communication skills are essential as you will be regularly interacting with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams.
