Job Description

Arby’s is a globally recognized fast-casual restaurant brand that has been serving up delicious, high-quality sandwiches and sides since its founding in 1964. As the second-largest sandwich restaurant brand in the world, Arby’s operates more than 3,500 restaurants across nine countries. The brand is known not only for its iconic Roast Beef sandwiches and famous Curly Fries but also for its commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience through what it calls 'Meatcraft'—celebrating the art of preparing meats with pride and precision. Arby’s is part of the Inspire Brands family, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, which supports its mission to be a global leader in the quick-service dining sector. Arby’s is built on values that encourage team members to dream big, work hard, and play fair, all while making a positive impact in their communities.

Arby’s is currently seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join their team as Shift Managers. This position plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth and efficient dining experience for every customer. The Shift Manager will support the management team by overseeing daily shift activities, coordinating team members, and maintaining operational standards. This role also involves hands-on training and development of the crew, guiding performance initiatives focused on delivering top-tier customer service. As a Shift Manager, you will be a key player in cultivating a positive workplace culture where employees feel supported and motivated to provide memorable experiences for guests. The company values individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their ability to lead by example.

Working at Arby’s not only offers the chance to develop leadership skills and professional growth but also provides various employee benefits such as weekly pay, flexible scheduling, free shift meals, discounts on menu items, paid time off, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, among others. Arby’s supports career advancement through continuous training programs and tuition benefits, helping employees to achieve their personal and professional goals. Additional perks include a 401(k) retirement plan, recognition programs, community involvement initiatives, and wellbeing support tools.

If you have at least six months of restaurant or retail management experience, a strong record of excellent customer service, and meet the basic age and work eligibility requirements, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to bring home the bacon with Arby’s. The company encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds and experience levels, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can succeed. Join a brand that is passionate about quality, innovation, and creating delightful experiences for guests and team members alike.
