We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Shift Supervisor to join our exceptional team. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in store operations, ensuring smooth functioning during assigned shifts in the absence of or under the direction of Store Managers or Assistant Managers. The Shift Supervisor acts as the leader on duty, overseeing the store's daily activities, supporting and supervising team members, and maintaining a positive, productive work environment. The role requires executing operational standards across multiple brands—Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, Jamba Juice, and Carvel—ensuring product quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing food preparation processes such as baking pretzels and Cinnabon products, preparing Jamba Juice beverages, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. The supervisor also manages cash handling duties, enforces company policies, coordinates team schedules including breaks per relevant labor laws, and addresses customer needs promptly and professionally. This role demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm during busy periods, setting an example for the team to provide an excellent guest experience.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail management or the foodservice industry, demonstrate a strong guest focus, and possess leadership capabilities. A willingness to acquire or maintain food handler certifications and the flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, are essential.
