The Shift Manager role at Checkers & Rally's is a key position within the Corporate Field Operations team, designed to assist the General Manager in overseeing restaurant operations during shifts. This full-time role is crucial in driving sales and profitability while sustaining high standards of guest and team service. Shift Managers play an integral part in creating a fun, safe, and clean environment, not only for guests who visit but also for the employees who serve them. They are responsible for managing successful shifts by efficiently executing company procedures, promoting guest satisfaction, and supporting team members through training and leadership. Job Duties
- build sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations
- escalate any concerns or recommendations with the restaurant, employees or guests to the general manager
- ensure policy and procedures are being followed on shifts

- identify and respond to complaints and policy and procedures violations
- help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for employees and guests
