The position of Shift Manager at Church's Chicken is a part-time, variable-hour role that reports directly to the Restaurant General Manager within the Operations Department. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations while maintaining the high standards Church's is known for. The Shift Manager provides leadership during assigned shifts, overseeing team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
