Job Requirements

high school diploma or ged
minimum one year of restaurant experience
proven leadership abilities in a fast-paced environment
strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
ability to stand and move for most of the shift
ability to lift 25-50 lbs occasionally
willingness to travel to other wendy's locations as needed
capacity to handle weather-related conditions
ability to wear a headset and use restaurant equipment
adherence to brand standards and guidelines

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

supervise and lead restaurant team members during shifts

maintain cleanliness and organization within the restaurant
