Job Requirements
- High school diploma GED or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 6 months experience in restaurant retail customer service or equivalent
- Availability for full-time and close shifts
- Open/Close Shift Manager certification
- Ability to multi-task maintain composure and receive give direction
- Teamwork skills and strong service orientation
- Professionalism composure and discretion when resolving customer issues
- Ability to work in fast paced environment including standing for prolonged periods
- Capacity for frequent lifting carrying reaching pushing pulling bending kneeling and stooping
- Prompt and regular attendance
- Willingness to transfer to other locations and travel as needed
- Must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma GED or equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant retail or customer service experience
- Certification for Open/Close Shift Manager
- Ability to multi-task maintain composure and work well in team environment
- Strong service focus professionalism composure and discretion in handling customer concerns
- Ability to work in fast paced environment with exposure to noise temperature extremes and physical demands
- Must be available for full-time close shifts and all days of the week
- Must have or be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by training end
Job Duties
- Train monitor and reinforce food safety procedures to crew members
- Act as Cash Manager including setting up cash registers at open and verifying cash at close
- Perform walk-thru to ensure restaurant readiness for open close and rush periods
- Work with management to train develop and communicate with crew and trainers through meetings
- Supervise coordinate and delegate operational tasks ensuring company policy compliance
- Ensure quality production and service standards to create a safe and professional environment
- Assist in scheduling to maintain proper coverage and meet customer service standards
- Follow up and resolve Voice of Customer (VOC) issues
- Onboard new hires in Workday system
