This role is for a Shift Manager who plays a critical leadership position within the restaurant, supporting the General Manager in creating a culture of engaged and motivated employees. The Shift Manager is responsible for utilizing their knowledge of positional skills, customer service excellence, and health and safety regulations to ensure every guest has an outstanding experience. - Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
