Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • exposure to high heat, cooking oils, and other kitchen materials
  • compliance with food safety and company policies
  • ability to drive for company errands
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • one to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
  • effective communication skills
  • basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • problem-solving skills
  • Crew Leader Certification
  • Shift Supervisor Certification

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts and oversee restaurant operations
  • train and develop team members on all positions
  • handle cash management accurately
  • ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
  • maintain customer satisfaction by meeting Q.S.C. standards
  • prepare and submit routine reports and correspondence
  • drive company errands as needed
