Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- valid state-issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- exposure to high heat, cooking oils, and other kitchen materials
- compliance with food safety and company policies
- ability to drive for company errands
- willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- one to three months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
- effective communication skills
- basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- problem-solving skills
- Crew Leader Certification
- Shift Supervisor Certification
Job Duties
- Manage shifts and oversee restaurant operations
- train and develop team members on all positions
- handle cash management accurately
- ensure compliance with food safety and company policies
- maintain customer satisfaction by meeting Q.S.C. standards
- prepare and submit routine reports and correspondence
- drive company errands as needed
