Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- valid state driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift up to 50 pounds
- experience or knowledge of fast food restaurant operations
- compliance with food safety and company policies
- ability to drive for company errands
- physical capability to perform job functions
- willingness to work varied shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- P.O.C. training on all positions
- crew leader certification
- shift supervisor certification
- ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
- effective written and verbal communication skills
- basic mathematical skills including fractions and percentages
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Job Duties
- Manage shifts effectively
- train team members on operational tasks
- handle cash procedures accurately
- ensure customer satisfaction
- enforce food safety and company policies
- maintain store standards to meet Q.S.C. benchmarks
- perform company errands including bank deposits and supply pickups
