Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for extended periods 4-8+ hours with periodic breaks
  • perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms for tasks such as chopping stirring carrying and operating equipment
  • frequent bending stooping squatting stretching twisting and reaching above eye level
  • capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
  • occasional sitting talking and active listening as required by the role
  • ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and use proper lifting equipment or seek assistance for heavier loads
  • ability to move around the kitchen quickly and efficiently
  • compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • flexible scheduling including nights weekends and holidays
  • work in a loud fast-paced environment
  • work in varying temperature zones including hot kitchen areas and cold storage areas
  • exposure to heat noise and cleaning chemicals with proper personal protective equipment and training
  • adaptability to indoor and outdoor job duties with an awareness of potential hazards

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in food service preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
  • strong leadership and people management skills
  • excellent customer service abilities with complaint resolution skills
  • clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • attention to detail in maintaining restaurant standards

Job Duties

  • lead and motivate team members to ensure exceptional customer service
  • manage restaurant operations and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
  • handle scheduling and staff development to optimize performance
  • resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
  • implement company policies and procedures consistently
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
