Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods 4-8+ hours with periodic breaks
- perform repetitive motions including frequent use of hands and arms for tasks such as chopping stirring carrying and operating equipment
- frequent bending stooping squatting stretching twisting and reaching above eye level
- capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder as needed
- occasional sitting talking and active listening as required by the role
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and use proper lifting equipment or seek assistance for heavier loads
- ability to move around the kitchen quickly and efficiently
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- flexible scheduling including nights weekends and holidays
- work in a loud fast-paced environment
- work in varying temperature zones including hot kitchen areas and cold storage areas
- exposure to heat noise and cleaning chemicals with proper personal protective equipment and training
- adaptability to indoor and outdoor job duties with an awareness of potential hazards
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in food service preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
- strong leadership and people management skills
- excellent customer service abilities with complaint resolution skills
- clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- attention to detail in maintaining restaurant standards
Job Duties

- manage restaurant operations and maintain high standards of food quality and safety
- handle scheduling and staff development to optimize performance
- resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
