Job Requirements
- Must have flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays based on business demand
- Prior experience in retail or food service supervisory role preferred
- Ability to maintain a calm and focused demeanor under pressure and during periods of high volume
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Basic math and cash handling accuracy and measurement units for accurate ingredient preparation
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise NBC the daily shift operations of the store during scheduled shifts ensuring consistent execution of standards and procedures
- Ensure product inventory is in place and support the ordering of products according to standards
- Provide direction support and guidance to team members while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on NBC cakes flavors sizes and complementary merchandise
- Deliver outstanding guest service by modeling warm attentive and solution-oriented behaviors
- Support the preparation and production and preparation of all products in the bakery including baking frosting and packaging of cakes following proprietary recipes and food safety guidelines
- Ensure production activities meet all safety and sanitation standards
