Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Must be P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods
  • Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Valid state issued driver's license and insurance if driving for company business
  • Ability to handle physical demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and the ability to interpret graphs
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Bilingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations during shifts
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members
  • Manage inventory and supply orders
  • Ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Drive sales and employee development
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
