Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • capable of standing for long periods
  • able to bend, reach, wipe, and carry
  • willing to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • able to handle exposure to high heat and cooking oils

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months of related experience or equivalent training
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
  • effective communication skills for writing reports and speaking before groups
  • basic math proficiency including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • problem-solving abilities and ability to interpret various instructions

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • lead and motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals
  • ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • manage inventory and ordering processes
  • handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
  • train and develop crew members to enhance performance
  • maintain a clean and safe work environment
