Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- capable of standing for long periods
- able to bend, reach, wipe, and carry
- willing to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- able to handle exposure to high heat and cooking oils
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months of related experience or equivalent training
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- effective communication skills for writing reports and speaking before groups
- basic math proficiency including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- problem-solving abilities and ability to interpret various instructions
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- lead and motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals
- ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements
- manage inventory and ordering processes
- handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- train and develop crew members to enhance performance
- maintain a clean and safe work environment
