Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma or ged or equivalent work experience
- poc trained on all positions
- ability to stand for long periods
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work evenings and weekends
- valid state-issued driver's license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (ged)
- related experience in retail or food service preferred
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math
- problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- bilingual skills preferred
Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
- manage inventory, ordering, and control of supplies
- enforce safety and sanitation standards according to company policies
- resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- assist in hiring, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance
- implement sales strategies to meet or exceed financial goals
