This job opportunity is for the position of Shift Manager at a Wendy's franchise location at 990 N Nellis Blvd., Las Vegas, NV 89110. As a Shift Manager, you will have the rewarding chance to make $15.00 per hour while leading a team in one of the nation's most dynamic fast-food environments. Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods without breaks
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operating instructions
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and ability to interpret graphs
- Problem-solving and reasoning skills to handle practical situations
Job Duties
- Lead team members during shifts to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage shift operations including cash handling and inventory control
- Train and develop employees on positions and procedures
- Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Resolve customer and employee issues promptly
- Drive sales and improve profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
