Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience as a shift leader at McDonald’s or a similar role
- strong leadership and team management skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- must be at least 18 years old
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- ability to multitask and perform under pressure

Job Duties
