The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but operates as a separate business entity from McDonald’s USA. This means that while the restaurant maintains the brand’s standards and offerings, all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling, are managed solely by the franchisee. The position available is for a Shift Manager, a critical leadership role within the restaurant.
