This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee operating a McDonald’s restaurant, a renowned global fast-food chain famous for its quality food and exceptional customer service. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products but operates as a separate business entity from McDonald’s USA. This means that while the restaurant maintains the brand’s standards and offerings, all employment decisions, including hiring, firing, supervision, and scheduling, are managed solely by the franchisee. Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old
  • ability to lead shifts and manage teams

Job Duties

  • leading shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences

  • ensuring food safety and quality food production
  • managing inventory and daily maintenance
  • delivering exceptional customer service
  • scheduling and training employees
