Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's brand, logos, and food products. Although the franchisee operates the restaurant under the McDonald's name, it is a separate business and employer from McDonald's USA. All employment matters, including hiring, firing, supervising, staffing, and scheduling, are handled solely by the franchisee and not by McDonald's USA. This means that the franchisee is the legal employer and responsible for managing the workforce at the restaurant, and any application submitted will be considered only by the franchisee. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Prior leadership experience is preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Commitment to maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and team management skills
  • Positive attitude and team player mentality
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast, accurate and friendly service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain high quality, service and cleanliness standards
  • Plan and organize each shift effectively
  • Monitor team performance and take corrective actions to meet McDonald's standards
  • Oversee food safety and internal communication
  • Manage inventory and daily maintenance
  • Schedule and train crew members
  • Ensure safety and security during shifts
  • Maintain exceptional customer service
  • Support assigned departments to meet operational goals
