It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate legal entity and employer from McDonald's USA. The franchisee holds a license to use McDonald's logos, trademarks, and food products, allowing them to operate the restaurant with the recognized McDonald's brand. However, all employment matters—including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling—are exclusively managed by the franchisee company. McDonald's USA has no involvement in these employment decisions and will not receive or review your application. If hired, your employment contract and manager will be with the independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA.
