Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan shifts and monitor team performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
- Manage inventory and daily maintenance
- Facilitate hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching of staff
- Monitor safety, security and profitability during shifts
