Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent McDonald's franchisee. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s trademarks, logos, and food products, functioning as a separate company distinct from McDonald’s USA. Employment decisions, including hiring, firing, scheduling, and employee management, are entirely handled by the franchisee. McDonald’s USA does not control these employment aspects and is not involved in the application or interview process. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and team management skills
  • Understanding of food safety and health regulations
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • Plan shifts and monitor team performance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards
  • Manage inventory and daily maintenance
  • Facilitate hiring, scheduling, training, and coaching of staff
  • Monitor safety, security and profitability during shifts
