Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Basic understanding of food safety and inventory management

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Plan shift activities and monitor performance
- Take action to meet restaurant standards and targets
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next shift manager to prepare for shift transitions
- Manage food safety, inventory, and quality food production
- Train staff and handle scheduling
