Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • previous management or leadership experience preferred
  • available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • ability to manage and motivate a team

  • capable of handling fast-paced work environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring customers get fast, accurate, friendly service
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan each shift and monitor performance
  • enforce food safety standards
  • manage inventory and daily maintenance
  • ensure quality food production
  • deliver exceptional customer service
  • maintain safety and security
  • schedule and train crew
  • communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
