Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • Plan shifts and monitor team performance
  • Ensure compliance with McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • Communicate shift details to next Shift Manager
  • Manage food safety practices
  • Oversee internal communication
  • Manage inventory
  • Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance
  • Schedule and train employees
  • Ensure quality food production
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
