This position is for a Shift Manager role reporting within the franchisee’s restaurant unit. A Shift Manager leads crews and other managers during shifts to ensure McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are consistently met. This role requires strong leadership to coordinate tasks, monitor performance, and promote a safe and productive environment during each shift. Shift Managers play a pivotal role in maintaining food safety, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Besides supervising the team and ensuring operational excellence, Shift Managers also contribute to training crew members, scheduling shifts, maintaining cleanliness, and overseeing security and safety protocols.
