Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a fast-food or retail supervisory role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and computer literacy
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Commitment to maintaining food safety, cleanliness, and security standards
