Job Requirements
- be 18 years or older
- have previous leadership experience preferably in restaurant retail or hospitality
- display flexibility and positive attitude
- be passionate about working in a fast paced environment
- be able to manage and lead teams effectively

Job Duties
- lead shifts, ensure customer experience is fast and friendly, provide leadership to crew and managers, plan each shift, monitor performance, take action to meet McDonald's standards, monitor safety and security, communicate with next shift manager, meet shift and department goals
