This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a McDonald’s franchisee, which operates separately from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee holds a license to use the McDonald’s brand, including logos and food products, but is a distinct entity responsible for hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, and staffing decisions at this location. McDonald’s USA does not participate in employment matters for franchise-operated restaurants and is not involved in application processing or hiring decisions.
