Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership and coaching to crew and managers
- Monitor shift performance for quality, service and cleanliness
- Manage food safety and internal communication
- Conduct inventory management
- Oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Handle scheduling and training
- Ensure safety and security
- Assist in meeting sales and operational targets
