Job Description

This job posting is for a position at a McDonald’s restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee, not directly by McDonald’s USA. This franchisee has obtained a license to use McDonald’s iconic logos and food products to operate the restaurant but functions as a separate company and employer. Consequently, the franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related decisions and operations at the restaurant, such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least 18 years old
  • Previous management experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Commitment to customer service excellence

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred
  • Positive team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible schedule and availability
  • At least 18 years of age

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • Plan shift schedules and monitor team performance
  • Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
  • Communicate effectively with incoming and outgoing shift managers
  • Manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, and training
