Job Requirements

  • at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • lead shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan shifts and monitor shift performance
  • take action to meet McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for upcoming shifts
  • manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, quality food production, scheduling, and training
