Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts and ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan shifts and monitor shift performance
- take action to meet McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for upcoming shifts
- manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, quality food production, scheduling, and training
