Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor shift performance
- Ensure team meets McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleanliness
- Supervise and manage crew
- Oversee quality food production and exceptional customer service
- Schedule and train employees
