Job Requirements
- minimum age of 18 years
- previous leadership experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
- ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- knowledge of food safety practices
- ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively
- commitment to upholding safety security and quality standards

- plan for each shift and monitor performance
- take action to meet McDonald's standards for quality service and cleanliness
- monitor safety security and profitability
- communicate with the next shift manager for seamless handover
- manage food safety and internal communication
- oversee inventory management and daily maintenance
- manage crew scheduling and training
- ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
