Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's USA logos and food products. Importantly, this franchisee operates as a separate entity and employer from McDonald's USA, handling all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 18 years
  • previous leadership experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
  • ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • knowledge of food safety practices
  • ability to manage teams and delegate tasks effectively
  • commitment to upholding safety security and quality standards

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast accurate friendly service
  • plan for each shift and monitor performance
  • take action to meet McDonald's standards for quality service and cleanliness
  • monitor safety security and profitability
  • communicate with the next shift manager for seamless handover
  • manage food safety and internal communication
  • oversee inventory management and daily maintenance
  • manage crew scheduling and training
  • ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
