Job Duties
- lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
- set goals and delegate tasks to teams
- follow up and report results to management
- oversee guest service operations including front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
- ensure kitchen staff produce high quality, safe food quickly
- control food costs and train kitchen staff on production and new menu items
- manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew members
