Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
  • manage assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to teams
  • follow up and report results to management
  • oversee guest service operations including front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
  • ensure kitchen staff produce high quality, safe food quickly
  • control food costs and train kitchen staff on production and new menu items
  • manage hiring, training, and scheduling to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew members
