This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated independently under a franchise agreement with McDonald’s. The franchisee owns the license to operate using McDonald’s branding, logos, and food products but functions as a completely separate business entity from McDonald’s USA. This means that while McDonald’s branding and system standards are maintained, employment matters such as hiring, supervision, discipline, and scheduling are managed solely by the franchisee who employs the staff at the restaurant.
