Job Requirements

At least 1 year of management experience preferably in a quick service restaurant
ability to communicate effectively and professionally
strong customer service and support focus
ability to make decisions and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment
passion for helping and serving others including customers and team members

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Plan for each shift including crew positioning and stock levels
monitor crew performance during the shift and take action to ensure standards are met
maintain safety and security during the shift including cash controls
oversee profitability of the shift by managing labor and food cost
meet targets during the shift and identify danger zones providing effective direction
handle and oversee crew schedules including breaks and enforce labor laws and company policies
supervise and lead food safety procedures and cleanliness measures
address customer concerns and follow customer recovery process
provide encouraging leadership for crew and managers
cultivate and encourage training, education, and continued learning
assist assigned department meet their goals
perform other duties as assigned
