Job Description

This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s restaurant franchisee, separate from McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds the license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products, operating the establishment with all the familiar quality and standards customers expect while maintaining its own management and employment operations. As this franchise is a distinct entity, all employment decisions including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled independently by the franchisee without any involvement from McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • leadership skills to manage crew and shifts
  • ability to maintain high standards of safety and food quality
  • effective communication skills
  • capable of scheduling and training staff
  • experience with inventory and maintenance management
  • able to handle shift responsibilities independently

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment recommended
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • positive team player attitude
  • flexible schedule availability
  • passion for customer service and quality food production

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan and monitor shift performance
  • take action to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
  • communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
  • manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, scheduling and training
