Job Requirements
- Lead shifts weekly to guarantee fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shift
- Take action to meet McDonald's standards
- Responsible for assigned department goals
- Manage scheduling and training of crew
- Maintain food safety and quality standards
- Uphold cleanliness and maintenance protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive team player with flexible availability
- Must be 18 years or older
Job Duties
- Plan and lead shift operations to ensure high quality, service, and cleanliness
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and direction
- Manage food safety and internal communication
- Oversee inventory management and daily maintenance
- Ensure exceptional customer service and team safety
- Schedule and train crew members
- Collaborate with the next shift manager to ensure smooth transitions
