Job Description

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Availability to work flexible hours
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage different responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • Plan and monitor shift performance to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
  • Ensure food safety protocols are followed
  • Manage inventory and staffing schedules
  • Maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • Communicate shift details to the next manager
  • Train crew members and managers
