Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Availability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor shift performance to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Ensure food safety protocols are followed
- Manage inventory and staffing schedules
- Maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate shift details to the next manager
- Train crew members and managers
