Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's logos and food products. However, this franchisee functions as a separate company and employer distinct from McDonald's USA, which means the franchisee is solely responsible for all employment-related decisions such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and employee scheduling. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • able to work flexible hours
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety practices preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • passion for working in a fast-paced environment
  • must be 18 years or older to manage

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers
  • plan for each shift and monitor performance
  • ensure quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability standards
  • communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare them
  • manage food safety and internal communication
  • handle inventory management and daily maintenance
  • manage crew scheduling and training
