Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers
- plan for each shift and monitor performance
- ensure quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability standards
- communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare them
- manage food safety and internal communication
- handle inventory management and daily maintenance
- manage crew scheduling and training
