This job posting is for a position at a restaurant franchise independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use the McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older to be a manager
- previous leadership experience preferred ideally in restaurant retail or hospitality
- ability to work flexible hours in a fast paced environment
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to manage multiple responsibilities during shifts
- commitment to maintaining high standards of quality safety and cleanliness
- willingness to train and develop team members

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast accurate and friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality service and cleanliness
- plan shifts and monitor employee performance to meet McDonald's standards
- monitor safety security and profitability of the restaurant during shifts
- communicate effectively with incoming shift managers to ensure smooth transition and shift preparation
- manage food safety internal communication inventory and daily maintenance
- schedule and train crew to achieve departmental targets and goals
