Job Duties

  • monitor safety security and profitability of the restaurant during shifts
  • communicate effectively with incoming shift managers to ensure smooth transition and shift preparation
  • manage food safety internal communication inventory and daily maintenance
  • schedule and train crew to achieve departmental targets and goals
