The Shift Manager is responsible for leading shifts every week, providing leadership and direction to the crew and other managers during their shifts. This role involves planning each shift, monitoring team and individual performances, ensuring adherence to company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness, and guaranteeing safety and security in the restaurant. Shift Managers also communicate with the next shift's managers to maintain continuity and operational excellence. Meeting targeted goals for sales, safety, and team performance is part of the job, with additional responsibilities that may include overseeing food safety, inventory control, scheduling, training staff, and daily maintenance.
