Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Provide leadership and direction to crew and managers during shifts
- Plan each shift and monitor team performance
- Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with next Shift Manager for smooth transitions
- Manage inventory, scheduling, training, and food safety
