Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • high school diploma or ged or equivalent experience
  • p.o.c. trained on all positions
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
  • ability to write reports and communicate effectively
  • able to perform basic mathematical computations
  • physical ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • willing to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • maintain valid driver’s license and insurance if driving for business
  • able to work in high heat and fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or general education degree (ged)
  • related experience or training in fast food or retail management
  • proven leadership and team-building skills
  • ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers
  • basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions
  • bilingual preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • lead and manage shift operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service
  • coach and motivate employees to achieve performance goals
  • maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
  • oversee inventory management and ordering processes
  • handle customer concerns and resolve conflicts professionally
  • ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met during shifts
  • prepare reports on sales and labor metrics
