Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older
- high school diploma or ged or equivalent experience
- p.o.c. trained on all positions
- ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions
- ability to write reports and communicate effectively
- able to perform basic mathematical computations
- physical ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- willing to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- maintain valid driver’s license and insurance if driving for business
- able to work in high heat and fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (ged)
- related experience or training in fast food or retail management
- proven leadership and team-building skills
- ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers
- basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions
- bilingual preferred but not required
Job Duties
- lead and manage shift operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service
- coach and motivate employees to achieve performance goals
- maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- oversee inventory management and ordering processes
- handle customer concerns and resolve conflicts professionally
- ensure quality and cleanliness standards are met during shifts
- prepare reports on sales and labor metrics
