Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in running a profitable restaurant
- Ensure the restaurant meets Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards during the shift
- Lead and motivate crew members providing feedback and encouragement
- Execute administrative tasks such as inventories and scheduling
- Address performance issues by coaching and counseling staff
- Follow and enforce safety protocols to prevent injuries and accidents
- Ensure food safety and security standards are maintained during the shift
